About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at First Last Staffing Services Inc. as an Operations Coordinator. This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Operations
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Supervision
    • Supervise 1 to 2 people.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience.
  • Work Language: English.
