We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Pro Vita Care Management. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and support in a nursing home setting, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and ensure infection control
  • Conduct specimen collection and monitor nutritional intake
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative personal and comfort care
  • Monitor established respiratory therapy and intravenous therapy
  • Provide safety and health education to individuals and their families
Requirements:
  • Eligible for licensure as a practical nurse by the province/territory of work
  • Completion of the Canadian Practical Nurse Registration Examination
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
