Job Title: Shift Team Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Team Lead to join our team at Call a Chicken @ Richmond Hill. As a Shift Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Work Environment:
As a Shift Team Lead, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and will be required to stand for extended periods.
Requirements:
- Availability for shift or on-call work
- Availability for the advertised start date
- Legal ability to work in Canada
- Willingness to relocate for this position
- Residency in proximity to the advertised location
- Previous experience in this field of employment
