We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Server to join our team at CASTLE STEAKHOUSE. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while serving food and beverages to guests.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with our kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Serving food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Taking orders and relaying them to the kitchen staff
  • Clearing and cleaning tables, trays, and chairs
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a server or in a related role is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Location and Schedule

This role is based at our CASTLE STEAKHOUSE location and requires a 40-hour workweek. While some flexibility is available, we require our servers to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
