CASTLE STEAKHOUSE is seeking a skilled and friendly Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team.

About the Role

This is a permanent opportunity with a salary of $35,000 - $45,000 per year. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to multitask effectively. They will also possess strong communication skills and be able to interact with guests in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth guest experiences by seating them promptly and efficiently.
  • Greet guests upon arrival and bid farewell when they leave.
  • Monitor dining area to ensure it is clean and tidy at all times.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to make informed recommendations to guests.
  • Work collaboratively with servers and other staff members to ensure seamless service.
