Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Prabh Building Maintenance LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or equipment replacement.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise a team of 3-4 people.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a 30-40 hour workweek.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for extended periods, bending, and crouching. The work environment is a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
