About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at SIDHU CLEANING COMPANY LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Inspect Sites and Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all facilities are clean, safe, and meet our high standards.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Maintain Financial Records: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including receipts, invoices, and payment records.
  • Coordinate Work Activities: Collaborate with other departments to ensure that work activities are coordinated and completed efficiently.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Under Pressure: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks, such as inspecting sites and facilities.
  • Physically Demanding: Work in a physically demanding environment, requiring regular lifting, bending, and standing.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
