Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Earthcon Cleaning Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning projects
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties as needed
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that staff are properly trained and equipped to perform their tasks
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a cleaning or related field
  • Ability to work outdoors in dusty environments
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
