About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Glass Installation Specialist to join our team at Mustang Glass & Door Services Inc. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of glass and glazing products in commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the type of glass, frames, and materials required for each installation
  • Measure, mark, and cut glass to precise specifications
  • Position and secure panes in frames, ensuring a secure and watertight seal
  • Assemble and install prefabricated glass, mirrors, or glass products
  • Install door, window, and other hardware, ensuring proper alignment and function
  • Repair glass doors and other glass structures, using specialized tools and techniques
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment, working at heights and in confined spaces
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in glass installation or a related field
  • Ability to work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Steel-toed safety boots and other personal protective equipment
