Job Title: Sales and Operations Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Planner to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for developing and analyzing demand plans, managing capacity, and mitigating supply risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and analyze 12-18 month demand plans to ensure accurate forecasting and supply chain optimization
  • Manage capacity and inventory levels to meet business needs and minimize risks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement plans to mitigate supply risks
  • Present data and insights to stakeholders to inform business decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve planning processes
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, planning, or scheduling with a focus on supply chain management
  • Proven experience with SAP or equivalent business planning tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to travel between sites as required

Physical Requirements:
