Job Title: Sales and Operations Planner

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Planner to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and operations plans that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales and operations forecasts to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks and opportunities.
  • Analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and operations planning or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through sales and operations planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
