Job Title: Sales and Operations Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Planner to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our planning team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and operations plans that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales and operations forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks
  • Develop and implement capacity models and scenarios to optimize production and revenue planning
  • Lead and participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to review and discuss business performance and future plans
  • Perform business analysis and develop recommendations to improve business processes and systems
  • Serve as subject matter expert for SAP and other business planning tools
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and operations planning or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with SAP or other business planning tools
