Retail Store Manager

Welcome Woods Market is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers to ensure efficient store operations.
- Merchandising and Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, order merchandise, and authorize returns to ensure optimal stock levels and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to improve their skills and productivity.
- Store Operations: Establish work schedules, prepare reports on sales volumes and personnel matters, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 30 hours per week.
