Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers to ensure that our store is running efficiently and effectively.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and establish work schedules to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store maintains a positive reputation.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to our team members to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals and that our store is running efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week
