Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Welcome Woods Market. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales associates, cashiers, and grocery clerks to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
- Manage inventory levels, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching and feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and development within the team.
- Collaborate with the store manager to achieve business objectives, resolve customer complaints, and address any operational issues that may arise.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and drive results.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
