We are seeking an experienced Sr. DevOps Engineer, Disaster Recovery to join our IT Corporate Solutions Group (CSG) on a permanent, full-time basis. In this highly collaborative role, you will be responsible for ensuring business continuity and resiliency by providing expert backup and disaster recovery services.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing efficient backup strategies, monitoring operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. You will also play a pivotal role in driving automation, formulating solution standards, and working closely with internal teams and vendors.

About the Role
  • You will participate in Agile Scrum practices, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, planning, and sprint retrospectives.
  • Create a safe, supportive, and participatory environment that fosters ongoing mutual respect.
  • Develop and implement backup and DR solutions for new and existing features, working collaboratively with app dev, platform, and infrastructure teams.
  • Monitor operations of daily backups and assess, adapt, and evolve operational strategies for DR, BC, and application resilience.
  • Partner with DR/BC leads from IT4Enterprise and Governance & Risk teams.
