Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administration Officer to join our team at Allpro Consulting inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our project teams, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to project teams, including preparing reports, managing documents, and coordinating meetings.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including project files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial reports.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Train and supervise junior staff members.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with project management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
