About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Case Consultant/QC to join our team at Dental Metrics Maven. As a key member of our laboratory, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client support and ensuring the highest quality of dental cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Case Support and Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for complex cases.
  • Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on all cases to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced technical skills to design and build high-quality dental restorations.
  • Training and Development: Provide internal training and support to ensure our team is equipped with the latest technical knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Technical school certification as a Registered Dental Technician or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the dental lab industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage people, processes, and technology.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3Shape and Exocad systems, with experience in All-on-X cases.
  • Personal Qualities: High attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to think strategically.
