Requirements:
  • Technical school certification as a Registered Dental Technician or equivalent education and experience
  • 5 years of experience in the dental lab industry
  • Strong supervisory skills and ability to manage people, processes, and technology
  • Excellent English and French communication skills, both oral and written
  • Experience with 3Shape and Exocad systems
  • Experience with All-on-X cases
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to think strategically and lead
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking experience
