Job Summary:
  • We're looking for a results-driven professional with experience in food service or hospitality to manage our food service staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and professionally, providing solutions that meet their needs.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in food service or hospitality is essential, with a proven track record of success in supervisory or management roles.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and motivate teams.
  • Detailed knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures, including HACCP principles and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and external partners.
