Jewelry Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jewelry Department Supervisor to join our team at Westshore Jewelry. As a Jewelry Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our jewelry department, including supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and managing inventory.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Assign sales workers to duties and manage inventory to meet sales goals
- Authorize payments, order merchandise, and resolve customer complaints
- Establish work schedules and manage cash handling
- Conduct online marketing and social media promotions to drive sales
- Manage and maintain inventory, including organizing and maintaining displays
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, including office and volunteer staff
- 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of iOS, MS Outlook, and social media platforms
