Jewelry Department Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jewelry Department Supervisor to join our team at Westshore Jewelry. As a Jewelry Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, and managing cash. You will also be responsible for preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and resolving issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities- Supervise staff and assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train staff
- Manage cash and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
