Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at our Chrysler dealership in North Bay, ON.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Listen to customers' descriptions of vehicle symptoms and provide expert advice on repair options
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage to ensure accurate and efficient service
  • Develop detailed repair estimates and prepare repair orders
  • Maintain excellent customer rapport and provide exceptional service
  • Record problems and planned actions to ensure seamless communication with customers and technicians
  • Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Perform other assigned duties as required
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively
  • Minimum X years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Auto experience is an asset, but not required
  • Valid G Driver's License
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
