Job Summary

East 75 is seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine the types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to drive business growth.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to increase revenue streams.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships and drive loyalty.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to optimize efficiency and productivity.
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Additional Information

This role requires a fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and attention to detail. You will also need to stand for extended periods and have excellent oral communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager or assistant manager.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
