Senior Benefits Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Benefits Manager to join our team at PLATFORM. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and insurance markets by maintaining and evaluating group benefits and retirement policies and programs.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the development, maintenance, and evaluation of group benefits and retirement policies and programs.
- Prepare communications related to benefits and retirement policies and processes.
- Address complex queries relating to benefits and retirement policies and processes, administration, process, and billing from internal and external clients.
- Act as a liaison between employees, health plan administrators, and healthcare providers to assist in communicating benefit and policy information.
- Assist with billing, coverage issues, benefits enrollment, and life events.
- Complete requests for amendments, including updating client booklets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and sense of urgency to ensure client and/or participant expectations are consistently met.
- University degree or college diploma.
- 5+ years of experience in group benefits, including client service and plan administration.
- Successful completion of CEBS, GBA, or similar preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills.
- Possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain poise, patience, empathy, and tact while handling sensitive issues.
- Ability to handle and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and with great ease.
PLATFORM offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package. As an equal opportunity employer, we value diversity in the workplace.
