Job Title: Front Desk Hotel Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Hotel Clerk to join our team at Marlow Properties (B.C.) Inc.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Hotel Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
  • Room Management: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations.
  • Front Desk Operations: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform faxing, filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and provide customer service.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 40 hours per week.
