Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Renard International Hospitality Search Consultants. As a Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for leading the housekeeping team and ensuring that all public areas, dining rooms, and spa are well maintained and meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the housekeeping team to ensure that all areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure that all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that all areas are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Develop and implement budgets and cost controls to ensure that the housekeeping department operates efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a housekeeping management role.
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team to achieve high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to develop and implement budgets and cost controls.
