Job Title: Assistant Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement operational procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and departmental policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of essential supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and payrolls for the housekeeping department.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals for housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
  • Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping management role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects.
