Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Housekeeping Manager to join our team at NPC/Sandman Hotel Group. As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Housekeeping Manager in the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Housekeeping Manager in supervising and coordinating the activities of housekeeping staff
- Ensure that all rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to ensure that they are clean and well-maintained
- Assist with the development and implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to any complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner
- 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
