About the PositionThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in the Financial Services sector, preferably within the Mortgage industry. They must also possess working knowledge of PC software in a Windows environment.
Bilingualism (French and English) is required as interactions with English-speaking customers or partners are essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage mortgage files from inception to completion
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with solicitors to ensure timely processing
- Organize and prioritize tasks effectively
A completed post-secondary education or equivalent work experience is mandatory. Strong time management and conflict resolution skills are also necessary.
Fully competent in Microsoft Office products and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment are additional requirements.
