TOOR BROTHER TRANSPORT LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 people and overseeing various administrative procedures.

Job Summary:

We are offering a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 per year, depending on experience, to manage the day-to-day operations of our office. This includes reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership: Lead a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support to ensure they meet their goals and objectives.
  2. Administration: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, establish work priorities, and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  3. Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  4. Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  5. Reporting: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience required.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
  • Certifications: Criminal record check required.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license required, vehicle supplied by employer, travel expenses paid by employer.
  • Personality: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, reliability.
