Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Canadas Best Value Inn / Road House Pub & Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and prepare menus, estimating food requirements for our restaurant.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, ensuring exceptional presentation and taste.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring optimal kitchen operations.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive attitude and high level of professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
