We are a Canadian company specializing in energy solutions, renewables, lighting, wire & cable, automation, and connected network solutions.
As the **Branch Manager**, you will be based in Newmarket, ON, overseeing the operations of our branch, which includes sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting, and inventory management. You will report directly to our District Manager and provide guidance, training, and coaching to all branch staff members.
**Your Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the hiring process for new personnel, ensuring they receive proper training and supervision.
- Oversee profit-and-loss (P&L) responsibility for the branch, managing budgets, expenses, and inventory levels effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety policies, procedures, and regulations among employees.
- Foster brand recognition by supporting sales initiatives and enhancing the customer experience while consistently reflecting our corporate image.
- Prioritize electrical industry experience when making hiring decisions.
