Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer Assembly Operations Specialist to join our team at Cooperative Systems LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting network assessments, analyzing customer needs, and engineering solutions to meet those needs within our technology standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Network Assessments: Conduct thorough network assessments following our assessment framework to identify areas for improvement and optimize network performance.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Analyze customer needs and engineer solutions to meet those needs within our technology standards, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Project Coordination: Design, coordinate, and implement simple and complex projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Scope and Specifications: Scope hardware and software specifications to meet customer requirements, determining project labor estimates and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and complete onboarding projects for new customers or new service delivery to existing customers, ensuring successful knowledge transfer and efficient ongoing support.
  • Troubleshooting and Escalation: Occasionally serve as an escalation point for solving complex technical problems and issues, providing expert-level support and guidance.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform administrative duties, including logging hours, maintaining customer documentation, and using our company-approved data entry system.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with customers as required, keeping them informed of project progress, impending changes, or agreed outages.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Draft and maintain documentation of technical processes for internal and external use, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer to technical team members.
  • Technical Mentorship: Serve as a Technical Mentor to other team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Professional Development: Obtain company-assigned training and certifications to further your goals and the company's goals.
  • Product and Service Development: Provide ideas and insights as to new products or services that the company can offer its clients, driving innovation and growth.
  • After-Hours Support: Perform after-hours customer support and project delivery as required, ensuring seamless support and service.

Requirements:

  • Advanced Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of network and server environments, including Server Operating Systems, Virtualization Technology, E-Mail platforms, Cloud Services, Networking, and Security.
  • Expert Knowledge: Expert knowledge of Office 365 (Teams, Exchange Online, AzureAD, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, etc.).
  • Certifications: Microsoft MCP, MCSA, or MCSE, Citrix CCEA or CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and clear, concise writing skills.
