Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Product Specialist to join our team at Atlantic Lottery. This role is responsible for defining all features and supporting product development in partnership with development, architecture, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize player needs and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our players and market, communicating insights to all teams to inform product decisions.
  • Contribute to the execution of our vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with player needs and corporate priorities.
  • Support the assessment of features, functionality, and business opportunities, prioritizing projects and the product backlog against established value metrics.
  • Analyze feedback from players and stakeholders, providing insights to inform product development and optimization.
  • Foster effective relationships throughout the organization, championing our products and back-office platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical complexities affecting our digital properties, ensuring a deep understanding of information systems and web/eCommerce sites.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and/or Bachelor degree in commerce, marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience or similar role.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills, with experience growing in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with experience working with large, cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities, resources, and business needs.
  • Experience with data-driven automation and insights, Agile Development methodologies, and project and UX software.
  • Ability to gather and present problems and solutions effectively.
