Job Title: Business Development Manager

Ruscana Intertrade Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, Train, Direct and Motivate Staff: Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage Contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts with clients to ensure successful business partnerships.
  • Plan and Control Budget and Expenditures: Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Answer Written and Oral Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Prepare and/or Deliver Educational, Publicity and Information Programs, Materials and Sessions: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Consult with Clients after Sale to Provide Ongoing Support: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing support and satisfaction.
  • Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Manage and supervise office staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Gather, Research and Prepare Communications Material: Develop and prepare marketing materials to promote business objectives.
