About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Club Manager to join our team at Anytime Fitness Orillia. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our fitness center to achieve exceptional results and providing an outstanding member experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive membership growth and revenue expansion. Utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with members, guests, and local businesses.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a positive and productive work environment by motivating and guiding your team to achieve their full potential. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the fitness center, ensuring seamless execution of programs, services, and events. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Member Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and guests. Develop and implement programs to enhance member engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Marketing and Community Outreach: Collaborate with local businesses and influencers to promote the Anytime Fitness brand and drive membership growth. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase visibility and attract new members.
Requirements
  • 21 years or older
  • Available to work flexible hours, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Friendly, outgoing, and warm personality
  • Genuine and honest approach
  • Drive for results and a strong work ethic
  • Technologically savvy and proficient in using software and systems
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
