We're seeking a results-driven Commercial Account Executive to join our team at Westland Insurance Ltd. in Halifax, NS. As a key member of our commercial lines team, you'll be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business, providing exceptional client service, and fostering valued relationships with our commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate client relationships by delivering innovative solutions and exceptional client service
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to expand existing insurance programs and increase sales
  • Analyze client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet their business goals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client service and support

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial lines insurance, with a proven track record of customer acquisitions and sales growth
  • Insurance Broker Level 2 License and working towards or completion of CAIB/CIP designation
  • Strong understanding of commercial lines insurance and ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions
