Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients to understand their unique needs and challenges.
  • Develop and implement tailored insurance programs that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure our clients receive the best possible advice.

What We're Looking For:

  • A results-driven individual with a proven track record of customer acquisitions and sales growth.
  • A champion of client service with a deep understanding of Commercial Lines and a minimum of 5 years' experience in the industry.
  • A bonus for working towards or completion of CAIB/CIP designation.
