Job Summary

As a Strategic Resource Manager at Hub International Insurance Brokers, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and success of our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support for day-to-day business operations, ensuring seamless execution of sales development initiatives. This includes providing onboarding training and assistance for users of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, helping manage and track sales opportunities/pipeline, and creating sales reports and dashboards. Additionally, you will work closely with our Sales Leaders to review top client accounts, schedule meetings, and record action items. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to learn quickly will be essential in this role. With a focus on innovation and entrepreneurship, you will be empowered to take ownership of your business and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for day-to-day business operations
  • Support sales development initiatives for the GVRD region
  • Provide onboarding training and assistance for users of our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
  • Help manage and track sales opportunities/pipeline in our CRM system
  • Create sales reports and dashboards using data from our CRM system
  • Work with our Sales Leaders on Critical Path meetings to review top client accounts
  • Assist with data uploads to and cleanup of our CRM system
