About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to meet production demands
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet quality standards
  • Assist in the preparation of production schedules to ensure efficient operations
  • Train and support new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of products to meet established standards
  • Operate bakery equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
Work Environment

As a Bakery Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team-oriented setting.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field

Please note that this is a permanent position with a 32 to 40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
