About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Team Member to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to meet production demands
  • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to meet quality standards
  • Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency
  • Train and mentor junior team members to improve skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards
  • Operate bakery equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
Work Environment

As a Bakery Team Member, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team-oriented setting.

Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
