Contract Delivery Specialist

At Tcr International, we are seeking a highly skilled Contract Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring contractual governance, and driving operational success.
Main Responsibilities:- Cultivate strong stakeholder relationships and exceed customer expectations
- Monitor and report on SLA/KPI compliance, addressing issues proactively
- Lead performance reviews and identify areas for improvement
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Produce performance reports and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Alert the commercial team to growth opportunities
- Lead winter resilience communications and collaborate on SLA improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and information protection
- Optimize financial transactions and reporting
- Promote business productivity and efficiency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Proactive team player with strong organisational and negotiation skills
- Independent worker within policy and budget limits
- Innovative problem-solving skills
- Eligible for a valid Airside Pass
