Contract Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Delivery Manager to join our team at Tcr International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring seamless service delivery and contractual governance.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships to exceed customer expectations
- Monitor and report on SLA/KPI compliance, addressing issues proactively
- Lead performance reviews and identify opportunities for improvement
- Respond to customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Produce regular performance reports and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Identify and pursue growth opportunities with commercial teams
- Lead winter resilience communications and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve SLA/KPI performance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Proactive team player with strong organisational and negotiation skills
- Independent worker with ability to work within policy and budget limits
- Innovative problem-solving skills
- Eligibility for a valid Airside Pass
