About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Portfolio Analyst and Strategic Sourcing Lead to join our Strategy & Business Transformation team at Aviso Wealth.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of sourcing strategies, drive transparency and governance in vendor management, and support the Enterprise Delivery Portfolio groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and delivery of the sourcing strategy and operating model
  • Drive the onboarding and due diligence process for new vendors
  • Analyze vendor profiles, performance, and risk across the enterprise
  • Define sourcing and vendor management practices within Aviso Wealth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine the governance structure of the Strategy and Business Transformation division
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • University education in Finance/Accounting or relevant work experience
  • 4-8 years of experience advising senior leadership on analytics and insights around Financials
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrix environments with a strong understanding of large enterprise standards and contract and commercial terminology
  • Strong analysis and logical thinking with a passion for process improvement
  • Excellent relationship management skills and collaboration with all levels
  • Fluent communication skills in English
