Job Summary:
As a Cloud Team Lead - Technical Strategist, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of cloud practices and technologies at AutoTrader. You will lead a team of cloud experts, providing technical direction and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of cloud-based solutions. Your expertise in cloud technologies, combined with your leadership skills, will enable you to set the direction for the team and ensure priorities are clearly defined and delivered on time and with quality.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner with Product Delivery teams to build and design cloud-based solutions that accurately tackle and solve the problems AutoTrader is experiencing.
2. Actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the Cloud team, ensuring priorities are correctly defined, prioritized, and delivered.
3. Coach and mentor the Cloud team, driving the uplift of skills and helping them work through complex problems.
4. Identify and implement areas of improvement across Product Delivery teams, defining standards and governance best practices and encouraging the consistent adoption of these across all teams.
5. Act as a central escalation point for critical Production issues, ensuring the team responds appropriately and effectively when Major Incidents occur.

Requirements:
5+ years' experience in a technical DevOps or Cloud role
Strong experience with Azure Cloud and proficiency with other clouds like AWS
University Degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience
Certification in Azure/AWS or similar cloud environment
Experience with Incident Management or Call Support
Knowledge of security best practices and processes
Object Oriented Programming skills
Passionate team leader
Able to build a cohesive and collaborative team
Relentless determination to improve
