Job Title: Senior Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration

CENTURION TRUCKING INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Oversee the administration of human resources, including recruitment, talent development, and employee relations
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve organizational objectives
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior financial or administrative role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
