Job Title: Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration

CENTURION TRUCKING INC. is seeking an experienced Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial and administrative strategies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage the financial planning and budgeting process, including forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the administration of human resources, including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior finance and administration role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing financial and administrative strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
