About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Relief Shift Engineer to join our Power House team at Mondelēz International. As a Relief Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the planning, process development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets, ensuring process stability and participating in DMS meetings.
  • Own technology and process centerline settings, with deep technical mastery of equipment and process.
  • Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems and plans, building capability of the team to execute themselves.
  • Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks.
  • Represent the department/line as the site technology owner in regional and global technology forums.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge and skill to maintain dedicated equipment at basic conditions independently.
  • Capability to lead a role for the line, qualifying and coaching next-level SWP owners.
  • Capability to work as a Line Leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan for the line.

Education/Certifications

  • Stationary Engineer - Class 2 certification required or Refrigeration Class A.

Work Schedule

  • Regular business hours M-F (On-site).
