Job Title: Power House Shift Relief Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power House Shift Relief Engineer to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our power house facilities, including utilities, maintenance management, and waste water management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with line leaders to deliver SQCDSM targets, ensuring process stability and participating in DMS meetings.
  • Own technology and process expertise, including centerline settings, PM systems, and R&M budget management.
  • Develop and execute preventive and time-based maintenance systems, building technical and maintenance skills of technicians.
  • Partner with the Asset and Reliability team for system improvement and execution of special maintenance tasks.
  • Represent the department/line as the site technology owner in regional and global technology forums.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge and skill to maintain dedicated equipment at basic conditions independently.
  • Capability to lead a role for the line, qualifying and coaching next-level SWP owners, and driving common opportunity areas.
  • Capability to work as a line leader, developing and aligning goal/master plan, deploying and managing IDP, and coaching team members.

Education/Certifications:

  • Stationary Engineer - Class 2 certification required or Refrigeration Class A.

Work Schedule:

  • Regular business hours M-F (On-site).
